I guess that sometimes whining and bitching about stuff on GR can pay off. I complained, loudly, about getting turned down for an ARC for the sequel to one of my favorite books last year. Today....I got a message from the author saying she'd see if she could grease some wheels. *shock, awe, jaw drop* I think I might love her. I might have to go all fangirly over this author.
