I love to read, I love to write, and I love to talk about all things that are the written word.
So I am having a debate on another board about men and having married (or involved) female friends. Here was my point:
Men, in general, can be friends with women that they are not sexually or romantically attracted to. If there is an attraction and they've been friend zoned, they will accept that but they are pining and hoping that when things don't work out....well they'll be the shoulder to "cry" on.
I was informed that apparently this is degrading to men. No I actually find it to be a pretty accurate statement about the majority of men, because men are VERY different than women. Really all t takes to make your typical man happy is food, sex, and to have their woman make them feel like a knight in shining armor. According to all the WOMEN that have addressed my comment, I am a sexist who degrades men. According to my husband I am right on the mark...and does that mean we're having sex later lol. Okay, TMI, sorry.
