I love to read, I love to write, and I love to talk about all things that are the written word.
A good beginning, I am interested but I got stopped with a reference to "intravenous fentanyl". That confused me so I Googled it, I know what fentanyl is used for but the context sounded weird. A woman was given IV fentanyl after a car accident for pain. That made no sense. In 5 minutes here is what I found:
-Fentanyl is 100x stronger than morphine.
- Fentanyl patches are used for chronic pain management only, and only after all other methods of pain management fail.
- The only use for IV fentanyl is for anesthesia.
5 minutes on Google people! 5 minutes and I can see that this author hasn't done research on this point.
